Sales Executive
US Auto Trust is a dynamic and growing automotive dealership group committed to delivering exceptional customer service and representing world-class automotive brands such as Cadillac, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Aston Martin.
Ferrari Dallas is seeking a driven and customer-focused sales executive to join our high-performance sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner to deliver a luxury brand experience.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options and product features.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and walkarounds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
- Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, incentives, and competitive offerings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales performance targets.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking customer preferences and market demand.
- Ensure all sales processes are completed in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Provide consistent follow‑up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of automotive luxury sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for luxury service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team‑oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

$125,000 to $300,000 per year DOE
