Sales Executive

US Auto Trust is a dynamic and growing automotive dealership group committed to delivering exceptional customer service and representing world-class automotive brands such as Cadillac, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Aston Martin.
Ferrari Dallas is seeking a driven and customer-focused sales executive to join our high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner to deliver a luxury brand experience.
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options and product features.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and walkarounds.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, incentives, and competitive offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales performance targets.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking customer preferences and market demand.
  • Ensure all sales processes are completed in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Provide consistent follow‑up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of automotive luxury sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for luxury service.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and team‑oriented attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
