This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role in Plano, Texas. The Inside Sales Specialist may also be required to call on new and existing customers in the DFW area. They will be responsible for identifying leads, managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships. Key activities include lead generation, engaging with clients via phone and email, providing expert product recommendations, and working to achieve sales targets.
This role also requires proactive problem-solving to address customer inquiries and ensure needs are met.
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on understanding client needs
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industrial products or experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is desirable
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Business hours are Monday through Friday; no weekends. Paid holidays, vacation time, and medical insurance. Salary range and benefits are negotiable, depending on experience.
