Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven E‑Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth on our internal e‑commerce platform and external partner platforms by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy, a deep understanding of e‑commerce trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Category Growth:
    Drive sales for the CRN and Refurbished category by managing top‑line growth, promotional and marketing plans, internal/external/HQ partnerships, supply chain and distribution, and long‑term growth strategy.
  • Strategy Execution:
    Lead and persuade cross‑functional and direct report teams in executing strategy and tactical plans.
  • Sales Funnel Management:
    Oversee multiple sales funnels to ensure proper channel‑level execution.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, explain performance variations, and effectively adjust action plans required to achieve results.
  • Promotions & Training:
    Manage communications, sales promotion development, and training as required to stimulate and facilitate the sale of CRN products.
  • Relationship Building:
    Establish high‑level and tactical relationships with channel sales teams, marketing, and product teams. Foster strong relationships with key channel executives to successfully position the CRN portfolio and align near‑term sales strategy.
  • Forecasting & Supply:
    Align with internal stakeholders to ensure supply and production demands meet sales forecasts. Analyze business trends to work internally to develop yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Innovation:
    Think outside the box, leverage data, and build insights to create business cases for scalable products and promotions to drive category growth. Develop functional capabilities to test, learn, and iterate.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Develop data‑driven perspectives on end‑to‑end business operations. Identify areas of opportunity and work cross‑functionally to drive efficiencies.
  • Daily Operations:
    Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns while ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of enterprise technology sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of e‑commerce, technology solutions, or category sales success with a history of overachieving quarterly and annual targets.
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Woo Commerce) and management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, data‑driven problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills; ability to interpret sales data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate cross‑functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations.
  • Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and capability on both business and technical fronts.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3–5 years of experience selling mobile solutions at or with a US carrier, or specific knowledge of the mobile handset market, OEMs, and carriers.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and influencer partnerships.
