Overview

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchase in our no‑haggle sales environment. The role involves managing leads, answering questions, and facilitating the transition from initial contact to an in‑store experience while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond promptly to leads and answer customer inquiries.
• Guide customers from initial contact to in‑store experience.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles, negotiating terms, and ensuring payment options meet their needs.
• Close sales and provide exceptional pre‑ and post‑purchase support.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and transition to Service department.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and safe driving record.
