We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional with experience closing new business, generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, and managing a consultative sales process.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new customers while building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Successful candidates are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable generating a significant portion of their own opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Generate at least 50% of pipeline through self-sourced outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative sales presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Build relationships with executive and departmental stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of quota-carrying closing experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, or technology solutions preferred.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source at least 50% of sales opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into K-12 or higher education institutions.
  • Familiarity with education technology ecosystems and procurement processes.
  • Track record of exceeding quota in a high-growth sales organization.
