• Contact potential clients to discuss acquisition of merchants processing statements.
• Provide administrative support by managing the callback schedule and merchant follow‑ups.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to retrieve documents for pending accounts.
• Prospect leads and update dialer network with contact information.

• HS/GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• 1+ year of Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated, energetic, professional attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
