- Foundational Industry Sales
:
Master the fundamentals of auto finance, consultative selling, and relationship building while partnering with internal teams and external dealerships. - Virtual Account Ownership
:
Manage a book of business, analyze market production goals, and strategically pitch our suite of digital products to dealer partners to maximize growth. - Field Deployment
:
Transition from learning the business to owning the business. Shadow top‑performing leaders, execute face‑to‑face consultative sales, and drive real‑world market share. - Relocation Requirement
:
Willing to relocate 2 to 3 times throughout the program based on territory needs (financial relocation assistance provided).
Utilize strategic, consultative selling to connect with customers, discover their needs, and advocate for tailored business solutions. Act as the face of Capital One, partnering closely with product, tech, and design teams to serve as the “voice of the customer” for future product enhancements. Maintain a deep curiosity about the tech and fintech products that benefit our Auto Dealer partners. Plan and prepare productive sales strategies by leveraging data, market analytics, and expert storytelling.
Present business performance reporting and market strategies to Sales Leadership.
Available ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off. In office 5 days a week for the first 90‑day training period.
Basic Qualifications• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation of completion by August 2027 or earlier.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, team management, or team leadership (can include retail experience).
Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, organization, and people management.

Plano, TX: $74,200 – $84,700 (full‑time)
Salary information for other locations will be provided at the time of hire. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
