Summary
Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to drive sales performance across internal and external e-commerce platforms. This role is focused on identifying growth opportunities, optimizing sales strategies, and delivering strong customer engagement in a fast-paced digital environment.
This position is ideal for a sales-driven professional with experience in e-commerce operations, platform management, and customer engagement who thrives in data-driven and competitive online marketplaces.
The E-Commerce Sales Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to optimize listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within e-commerce channels
- Drive revenue growth across internal platforms and third-party marketplaces
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Analyze data to optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to enhance product listings and campaign effectiveness
- Support promotional planning and execution across digital channels
- Align with internal stakeholders to improve overall sales performance
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing across platforms
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Stay current on e-commerce platform tools, policies, and best practices
- Leverage platform capabilities to improve sales efficiency and visibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales or a related field
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and management systems
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
- Experience with social media marketing or influencer partnerships
