Customer Service Representatives earn $32,000 - $50,000 annually based on performance and ability to close the sale!

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications.
• Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales.
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals.
• Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork.
• Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction.
• Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues.
• Will participate in other sales, marketing, and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as manage PR calendar.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Must be motivated by exceeding goals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Accurate; consistent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
