Sales Executive

Job Description

• Responsible for selling products and services through networking and sales activities inside and outside of the normal place of business.
• Sells Title, Escrow services to local and national Real Estate and Lending Community.
• Travels to call on regular and prospective customers.
• Conducts presentations in front of major offices and industry trade associations, demonstrating First Title products and services.
• Prepare reports of business efforts to track progress on client development– must use CRM
• Ability to teach and demonstrate services and products via any method available
• Investigates and resolves customer service issues
• Ability to cold call on prospective clients, via phone, email or any general communication method.

• 3+ years Outside Sales Experience Preferred in Related Industry focusing on Lender's and Broker's
• Ability to self-start and high energy level
• Ability to communicate and resolve interpersonal conflict
• Enthusiasm to and for customers - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Meets commitments.
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Effective communication with internal departments, as well as the company's clients
• Demonstrated knowledge of our company's process flow and the interworking of company's business flows from beginning to end
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
