Customer Lending Representative

As a Customer Lending Representative (Junior Loan Officer), you'll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and real career development to prepare you for a successful future as a Loan Officer. The ideal candidate has prior experience in sales or customer service, is comfortable with high volume dialing, and is eager to learn about the mortgage industry.

At West Capital Lending, we believe in growth from within. This role is designed to build a foundation that prepares you to promote into a licensed Loan Officer role in 6 months.

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries.
• Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.
• Pre‑approve potential clients with a series of 5 questions.
• Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Utilize dialing systems to reach a target number of outbound calls and transfers per day.

• Previous experience in mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
• Good People Skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with a computer and phone.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• M/W/F 9am-6pm
• T/TH 9am-7pm

• Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k+
