• Make outbound calls to small and medium‑size business owners across the United States to request merchant processing statements.
• Review and analyze statements for potential savings and services.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
