Location and Compensation
Location:
SCP Plano, TX - 67; 1212 10th S Ste A Plano, Texas - 75074.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 / hour and up to $2,500 through performance bonuses.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., occasional Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Daily Responsibilities- Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers and representing the company professionally.
- Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently.
- Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery.
- Secure payment of invoices with proper funds or obtain credit authorization in accordance with company policy.
- Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer’s warranty policy and customer needs.
- Estimate dates of delivery to customers based on vendor production and delivery schedules.
- Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of related inside sales experience preferred.
- The ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
- Strong counter presence and the ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.
- Strong customer‑service attitude.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues.
- Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction helpful.
- Minimum age 18 years or older.
