RXO is hiring a Carrier Sales Representative to source, negotiate, and secure carriers for freight across North America. You will maintain strong carrier relationships and communicate with carriers and customers to ensure timely, cost-effective shipments.
You will schedule pickups, manage route changes, and adhere to RXO procedures while updating our systems and pursuing new leads. A minimum of one year in procurement is required, with related transportation and sales/customer service experience
