Responsibilities:- Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Work with management and finance teams to complete sales process
- Maintain CRM notes and customer communication
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
