The Sales coordinator assists in the promotion and direction of the marketing or service activities, improvement of company's product image, market data, and information.
Job Responsibilities:- Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots.
- Coordinates representatives who may call on existing or potential customers.
- Makes forecasts on anticipated market sales. Submits reports of sales activity and maintains records.
- Promotes satisfactory customer relations. Coordinates advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Provides marketing advice to organizational units.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of the relevant market/industry
- Advanced presentation abilities
- Good organization and planning
- Networking and relationship building
Experience:
- Proven track record of sales and negotiating experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer sciences, finance, marketing or other relevant field
- 2-4 years experience
