Director of Sales

Magnolia Hospitality Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts at Hilton Garden Inn - The Colony, TX. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy, drive revenue, and position the hotel competitively in the market.

• Lead all sales efforts across corporate, leisure, and group segments
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Manage and grow key client relationships
• Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and positioning
• Conduct site tours, prospecting, and outside sales calls
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with operations to ensure successful execution of booked business

• Director of Sales or senior sales leadership experience preferred
• Hilton or similar brand experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and highly organized
• Base Salary range: $70,000 + Performance-based bonus
