Haywire in Plano, TX is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to support the Events Sales Manager by planning and executing private dining and large-party events. You’ll handle incoming leads via Triple Seat and phone inquiries, organize booking documents, and prepare weekly BEOs and floor charts for upcoming events.
You will build relationships through offsite events when the Sales Manager is unavailable, close event sales, and ensure accurate follow-up with guests to secure bookings.
