Retail Brand Ambassador

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent our bath, window, door, and renovation solutions in high-traffic retail environments. You'll engage shoppers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations while educating homeowners on Renuity's custom, high-quality installations. This role blends customer interaction, product knowledge, and sales support in a fast-growing, performance-driven culture. Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and results-focused, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping homeowners upgrade and modernize their homes.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renuity brand and services in designated retail locations
• Engage shoppers and clearly explain remodeling products and services
• Qualify potential customers and capture accurate lead information
• Schedule in-home design or sales consultations for remodeling projects
• Maintain a professional, branded presence at retail displays or kiosks
• Track daily activity, leads, and appointments in CRM tools
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure quality handoffs
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead and appointment targets
• Set up, maintain, and restock marketing materials in retail locations
• Provide feedback on customer trends and retail traffic patterns
