- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Good understanding of basic sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of custom window and door products, including materials, styles, and features.
- Find potential customers via online, events, referrals, etc. Create a prospect list and focus on high – potential clients in the custom window and door, glass
- Give great product presentations, either in – person or online. Highlight unique selling points to meet customer needs.
- Work with customers to design solutions that fit their aesthetic, functional, and budget needs. Provide accurate quotes.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts. Ensure favorable terms for both sides.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing. Keep customers updated on order progress.
- Build long – term relationships. Offer good post – sales service and handle inquiries quickly.
- Follow up with customers after installation for satisfaction. Seek repeat business and referrals.
- Set and reach individual sales targets. Make and carry out a personal sales plan.
- Take part in market research to understand the market and customer preferences. Use the info for product and marketing strategies.
