- W-2 employment plus base pay following training
- Attend daily office check-ins for guidance and mentoring
- Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and canvassing
- Explain inspection results and present roofing solutions clearly
- Assist homeowners with starting their insurance claim process
- Communicate job and customer details to the office for smooth project follow-up

Requirements- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable climbing and inspecting roofs while following safety guidelines
