Summary

The Client Experience Host delivers a world-class client experience in the showroom by greeting and supporting clients, providing exceptional hospitality, and assisting Sales Consultants. They use CRM and research to personalize experiences, maintain client experience stations, and represent the showroom professionally. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

• Greet and welcome clients promptly and manage client flow in the showroom
• Deliver hospitality services and maintain client experience stations and showroom housekeeping standards
• Support transactional processes and assist Sales Consultants in the VIP room and on the floor
• Use CRM to research client interests and personalize experiences
• Promote a positive showroom atmosphere and lead by example
• Attend departmental meetings and recommend improvements to systems and procedures
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies

• Experience in hospitality preferred; jewelry or watch product knowledge preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and apply basic selling techniques
• IT literate with ability to use CRM systems
• Flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and able to multitask
• Maintain a professional approach and high level of confidentiality
