Position SummaryThe Sales Coordinator & Order Processor supports daily e-commerce sales operations by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. This role combines customer communication, order processing, inventory coordination, and administrative support to keep sales operations running smoothly and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Fulfillment- Process online, wholesale, and marketplace orders (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.).
- Verify pricing, product availability, shipping details, and payment status.
- Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to ensure timely, accurate shipments.
- Monitor order queues, backorders, cancellations, and returns.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, shipping timelines, and returns.
- Support sales promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with B2B customer accounts, including quotes, invoices, and bulk order coordination.
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve order issues.
- Track inventory levels and notify teams of low stock or replenishment needs.
Update product listings, pricing, and availability across e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, order summaries, and KPI dashboards.
- Maintain organized digital documentation for orders, customer communication, and sales records.
- Assist with workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support quality control checks for orders and product listings.
- Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales operations.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, customer service, or sales support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Woo Commerce, etc.).
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment workflows.
- Knowledge of shipping carriers, logistics processes, and marketplace operations.
- Customer Focus — Provides timely, accurate support to customers and partners.
- Operational Discipline — Follows structured processes and maintains clean records.
- Communication — Clear, professional, and proactive with internal and external stakeholders.
- Time Management — Manages multiple orders, tasks, and priorities efficiently.
