Provide customer service to staff, visitors and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech-focused location;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading or delivery zones and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor alarms, cameras and/or access control systems; verify identification and authorization for entry into controlled areas and document access exceptions per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating notifications and supporting responding public agencies as directed;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs and other required documentation; communicate notable activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
