Security Officer Flex Commercial Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, building perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor entrances and other access points, assist with visitor management as directed, and help maintain orderly flow of people and vehicles throughout the property.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and requesting assistance as needed.;
Complete patrol logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details, and communicate observations and/or concerns to site leadership and/or property management.
