GSOC Supervisor

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring continuous 24/7 coverage.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to real‑time security threats and emerging risks.
• Lead and develop a team of security operators, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts and communicate effectively with internal departments, law enforcement, and external partners.
• Implement and enhance security protocols, leverage latest technology and improve system maintenance.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

• 3–5 years of experience in security operations, law‑enforcement communications or crisis management.
• Prior experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or Security Operations Center (SOC) is highly desirable.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a security‑related role.
• In‑depth knowledge of risk assessment, crisis management and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency with security monitoring systems, access control, surveillance technologies and reporting tools.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and communication skills, especially under pressure.

• $50.00 bonus for possessing a Texas Guard Card at hire (redeemable after 90‑day probation).
