Schedule:

• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday 10:00pm to 6:00am

Location: Headquarters location, requiring the highest level of professionalism, customer service, and high quality candidates with excellent work ethics.

Required Experience: Previous experience in security or customer service fields. State training and licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

$50 Sign‑On Bonus – Active Guard Card If you are already licensed, an active Guard Card on file will receive a $50 sign‑on bonus paid upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival.
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitor and detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft, and/or other criminal behavior.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, and/or possession of prohibited items.
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries, and presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents).
• Ensure all rules and regulations are being enforced and followed.
• Perform other duties as determined by management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
• Must be able to perform required physical tasks such as occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods.
