Full Time, Permanent Opportunity for Identity and Access Management Specialist (Must be local to Plano, TX)
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our Security Organization. This role will manage access and account related issues across all application platforms at Catalyst Corporate, handle provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user accounts, and coordinate onboarding and security awareness training with Human Resources.
Responsibilities- Serve as primary administrator for access and account related issues across all application platforms.
- Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts for employees, contractors, and partners.
- Track access requests, validate documentation, reconcile, and electronically file access request forms.
- Respond to security alerts, notify relevant departments, and track resolutions.
- Generate security reports and work with internal and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Gather documentation for audit, compliance, and risk assessments.
- Track schedules of security‑related events such as SSL certificate renewal, domain name renewal, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, business continuity exercises, and third‑party reviews.
- Log change request activity and assist IT in asset provisioning, disposal, and destruction processes.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to conduct onboarding and ongoing security awareness training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong scheduling, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient with electronic document categorization and tracking systems.
- Working knowledge of directory services, identity protocols, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts such as user lifecycle management, role‑based access controls, access reviews, least privilege principles, and separation of duties.
- Willingness to work after hours when necessary.
- Certified Identity Access Manager (CIAM) credential.
