Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Now (IDN), along with a solid understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, and integrations.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on SailPoint IIQ development experience
- Code-level debugging and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with daily BAU (Business As Usual) operational support
- Ability to perform code-level investigation into technical issues
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong overall IAM background
- Good cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in oversight/governance-type responsibilities
- Provide strong production support experience
- Handle fast-paced operational issues and resolve them quickly
- Work directly within SailPoint IIQ codebase to debug and resolve technical issues in real time
