Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location;
Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized access throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and reporting procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions requiring attention;
Communicate with site contacts, staff, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related concerns, access requests, and incident updates in a professional manner
