Collectors is seeking a Security Lead to join our Corporate Security team in Plano, TX. This role protects personnel, property, and profits through vigilant security practices in a 24/7 environment and reports to the Sr. Security Supervisor.
Onsite five days a week, you will lead security operations, coordinate incidents, train staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs and legal requirements. Candidates must have a Level II license, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years of security experience.
