Event Security

Andy Frain Services seeks Event Security professionals to support Entertainment & Sports events within our Security & Law Enforcement team. In this on-site role, you will manage crowd flow, verify tickets and credentials, conduct bag checks, and monitor activity to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment. You'll respond to incidents, follow emergency procedures, and write basic reports while delivering courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying tickets and credentials for events.
• Conduct bag checks and basic security screenings in accordance with venue policies.
• Provide crowd management and directional assistance to ensure safe guest movement.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.
• Respond calmly to incidents, assisting with de-escalation and basic first response.
• Document incidents and complete clear, accurate written reports as needed.
• Collaborate with venue staff, law enforcement, and team members via radio.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service to guests at all times.
• Support emergency procedures, including evacuations and access for first responders.
