Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.;
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.;
Troubleshoot and repair hotel MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool heaters).;
Read blueprints and electrical schematics related to plumbing and HVAC; follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.;
Train and mentor other engineers and fulfill Engineer on Duty responsibilities.
