As a Drain Cleaning Technician, you’ll be the expert customers rely on to keep their plumbing systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues.
• Operating professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Removing blockages such as roots, debris, and buildup.
• Performing sewer camera inspections and documenting findings.
• Measuring and locating potential leaks or breaks.
  
  Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions.
• Identifying opportunities and setting leads for additional services.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
• Upholding company standards, safety procedures, and a strong code of ethics.
