Responsibilities- Ensure apartment homes are market ready and walk units daily.
- Participate in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds, completing resident work orders and preparing units for rent in a timely manner.
- Perform varied maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, and HVAC work.
- Clean and maintain pool, empty skimmers, test chemicals, and maintain logs.
- Perform light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, and ensure routine lighting inspections and bulb replacements.
- Handle door locks, re‑keying, P.O. boxes, and lock maintenance.
- Follow service processes through completion, inspect work for conformance to specifications and standards, and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Assist in distribution of all company or community‑issued notices (e.g., bad weather, emergency).
- Walk market‑ready units daily and communicate needed supplies or assistance.
- Participate in ensuring safe practices, uphold community policies, and maintain professionalism in achieving work goals.
- Support a harmonious team environment.
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, and other required documentation.
- Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and rotate being on call.

This position is eligible for a monthly bonus based on property performance measures.
Qualifications- High School or better.
- HVAC certification (preferred).
- Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Expertise in safe maintenance practices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Technical proficiency with electrical and plumbing systems.
