Key Responsibilities- General Cleaning & Demolition: assist with site cleanup, debris removal and prepping work areas for new construction.
- Gutter Cleaning & Maintenance: perform routine gutter cleaning and ensure proper water flow.
- Caulking & Sealing: apply caulk and sealant around windows, doors, and other surfaces to ensure a weather‑tight seal.
- Weatherproofing: assist in sealing gaps and cracks, ensuring the home is weather‑resistant.
- Minor Concrete & Masonry Work: assist with basic concrete and masonry work including pouring and smoothing concrete.
- Routine Maintenance & Inspections: perform general maintenance tasks and assist with inspections to identify potential issues.
- Appliance Installation & Repair: help with the installation, repair, and maintenance of appliances.
- Assembly & Installation of Shelving & Storage Solutions: support the assembly and installation of shelving units, cabinets, and storage solutions.
- Rough & Finish Carpentry: assist with framing, trim work, door and window installation, and other carpentry tasks.
- Installation of Surface Protection: apply surface protection to floors, walls, and furniture to prevent damage during construction.
- Flooring & Tile Repair: assist with minor flooring and tile repairs, including installation and replacements.
- Punch List Items: complete various punch list tasks to finalize projects, including touch‑ups, adjustments, and repairs.
- Dependability, strong communication, problem solving, teamwork, and ownership.
- Preferred experience in general construction or carpentry.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform labor‑intensive tasks.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
