Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
