As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting building operations and ensuring optimal climate control. • Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
• Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and mechanical components for optimal performance
• Manage HVAC‑related projects within deadlines and budget constraints
• Operate and maintain Building Management Systems to enhance building performance
• Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repairs

• Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems
• Expertise in boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC
• Proficiency in project management and energy management
• Ability to operate various control systems, including fire alarms and safety systems
• Understanding of refrigeration, electrical equipment, and cooling towers
