Commercial HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a dedicated Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting building operations and ensuring optimal climate control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation

+ Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and mechanical components for optimal performance

+ Manage HVAC-related projects within deadlines and budget constraints

+ Operate and maintain Building Management Systems to enhance building performance

+ Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repairs

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems

+ Expertise in boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC

+ Proficiency in project management and energy management

+ Ability to operate various control systems, including fire alarms and safety systems

+ Understanding of refrigeration, electrical equipment, and cooling towers
