Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the role of Remodel/Construction Technician at Service Master Restore by BT Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves assisting in various construction projects, including remodeling and restoration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the demolition and removal of existing structures and materials.

* Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.

* Experienced in installing drywall, tape bed and texture, painting.

* Trim Carpentry

Experience:

Measure, Cut and Install baseboards, casing, and crown moldings.

* Plumbing, Electrical, and Hvac Experience.

* Experience installing cabinetry.

* Ensure all work is completed in compliance and within specified timelines.

* Assist in moving, lifting, and positioning heavy materials and equipment.

* Perform other duties as required to support the construction and restoration process.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.

* Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

* Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
