🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Drain Cleaning Technician, you’ll be the expert customers rely on to keep their plumbing systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues
- Operating professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Removing blockages such as roots, debris, and buildup
- Performing sewer camera inspections and documenting findings
- Measuring and locating potential leaks or breaks
- Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions
- Identifying opportunities and setting leads for additional services
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
- Upholding company standards, safety procedures, and a strong code of ethics

- Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A positive, customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working in a field environment, including tight spaces and varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, climb, kneel, and work with equipment as needed
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Full-time, non-exempt position with overtime opportunities
