HVAC Residential Service Technician
- Entry Level (Plano / Collin County Only)

We're currently looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician who is ready to build a career in residential HVAC service. Trade school graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a field-based role with local routes only in Collin County. We focus on keeping drive time low so techs can stay productive and home on time.

• $22-$26/hour starting pay (based on experience and training)

  - Collin County only (no long drives)

• Monday
  - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Limited on-call rotation as experience develops

• Assist with and perform residential HVAC maintenance and service calls
• Learn diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service in the field
• Work alongside experienced technicians to build skill and confidence

• Trade school HVAC graduates strongly preferred
• Entry-level to 2 years of residential HVAC or related experience
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  
  Must have basic hand tools
• Positive attitude and professionalism with customers
