Field Service Engineers take our technical skills to customer sites, handling installation, configuration and integration, as well as maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

Customers see us as a trusted liaison who can understand their precise needs on a range of admin and technical matters. We work closely with designers, solution managers and sales specialists to deliver effective solutions. This role is part of the Field Service Team in Plano, Texas.

As a Field Service Engineer
, you will collaborate with peers, apply technical expertise, use diagnostic tools and analytical practices to resolve customer issues, deliver outstanding on-site support, and create a great customer experience.

• Perform on-site installation, configuration and integration of systems to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to ensure optimal system performance.
• Act as a trusted liaison to understand customer needs on administrative and technical matters.
• Collaborate with designers, solution managers and sales specialists to provide effective solutions.
