IEM is seeking a Field Service Lead to supervise a team of technicians and engineers on start-up, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment at customer sites. This working-lead role combines hands-on field duties with team oversight across multiple sites.
You will mentor technicians, serve as a technical lead, and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion and quality workmanship. Occasional travel is required to IEM facilities and customer sites.
