Senior Kitchen Suppression & Fire Extinguisher Technician (Future Division Leader). A growing, family‑owned fire protection company in the DFW area is hiring a senior kitchen suppression & fire extinguisher technician with a clear path to build and lead this division.

• Perform inspections, service, repairs, and installations of extinguishers and kitchen suppression systems.
• Design systems, pull permits, and run jobs from start to finish.
• Operate independently in the field.
• Provide input on workflow, scheduling, and structure; identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
• Support hiring, training, and supervise additional technicians as the team grows.
• Eventually oversee operations, team performance, and growth as Division Leader.

• Texas FEL‑K License – Required.
• FEL‑A License – Preferred or willingness to obtain quickly.
• ~10+ years of hands‑on experience with extinguishers and kitchen suppression systems.
• Strong experience in inspections, service, repairs, and installations.
• Ability to design systems, pull permits, and run jobs end to end.
