Willow Bridge Property Company in Plano, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical, and to install new appliances as needed.
The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification strongly preferred, and EPA Type I & II certifications preferred. The position may require lifting up to 50 lbs and after-hours availability in emergencies.
