Drain Cleaning Technician at Ben Franklin Plumbing.

We’re looking for a motivated technician to diagnose, clear, and maintain residential plumbing systems in a fast‑paced environment.

• Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues
• Operating professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Removing blockages such as roots, debris, and buildup
• Performing sewer camera inspections and documenting findings
• Measuring and locating potential leaks or breaks
• Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Identifying opportunities and setting leads for additional services
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
• Upholding company standards, safety procedures, and a strong code of ethics

• Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and best practices
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• A positive, customer‑first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable working in a field environment, including tight spaces and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, climb, kneel, and work with equipment as needed
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
