We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented and creative team player for a full‑time Termite Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Garland, TX. The role reports once per week to our office in Plano, TX. The successful candidate enjoys working in a team environment and independently.

Hourly rate: $17.25 – $19.25

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution for each individual need
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Inform management of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50lb, work schedule includes every other Saturday, and be assigned a route in local area

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Valid US driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years
• Drug test and background check required for all new hires
