Field Service Technician

360, a Dallas-based leader in physical security serving the Public Sector's state, local, and educational markets, is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair access control, CCTV, video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems across the DFW area, with minimal overnight travel.

• Providing customer support by making service changes, recommending service options, and scheduling service calls
• Diagnosing the root cause of technical issues, then troubleshooting and repairing devices and cabling
• Training end-users and customers on equipment and software
• Communicating with customers to defuse anxiety or resolve conflicts
• Programming surveillance cameras, routers, and other equipment
• Upholding the highest installation standards in the industry
• Completing paperwork and service tickets promptly and professionally

• Solid communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with little to no supervision
• 2+ years of experience with IP-based systems, physical security installation, and hardware programming
• Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and prints
• Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain a Texas Private Security License, with support from STS

• Availability for occasional on-call shifts after hours

• Starting hourly pay rate of $25+, dependent on experience
