Position: Service Technician II (Assistant Maintenance)

We are seeking a Service Technician II for a 142-unit apartment community located in Plano.

Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License.

  • Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to:
    • A/C and heating systems
    • Electrical and plumbing
    • Appliances
    • Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
    • Tile, carpet, flooring
    • Ceiling leaks

Work Days:
Monday – Friday

Work Hours:

8:00 am – 5:00 pm;
Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Required License or Certification:
